Yep, I'm still talking about my newest toy, the iPad2. I have successfully taken it to two professional confernces and multitasked like a mad woman. I could sit in sessions taking notes while emailing with my secretary, while perusing the online handouts, while keeping up with the newest information from our State legislature. Multitasking makes me happy.
A few things I learned while bonding with my iPad2 at Tepsa this week....
There are endless apps!!! I attended several sessions specically on the uses of the iPad - how it can increase productivity, new apps available, and how students are using this tool.
I am a member of the Tepsa eAcademy cohort 2 and I cannot wait!!!

I AM purchasing Pages, Numbers and Keynote for my iPad2. (appox $9.99 each) At first, I wasn't sure how to use the iPad as a produtivity tool, but my goal is to use it for my staff developement presentations in August for my staff. And yes, you can purchase a cord to hook it up to your projector. (more on this topic later)
No more lugging around a laptop for me!
Again, I am very happy with this device and the increased level of productivity, efficicency and organization it has given me.
